We recently put on a New Ludowici Roof for a beautiful home in the Lakeshore Historic District of Evanston, IL. The entire roof is Ludowici Light Weight Interlocking Tile. It is not a modern production. It is a reproduction.
Like so many in the area, this home was impacted by the hailstorm in April 2020.
Now we rise above to get a better look at the craftsmanship of your local Ludowici tile roofing specialist. There are just so many details that one may overlook so we will introduce them to you.
The new roof on this Evanston home has a standing seam copper roof over the front door, along with copper gutters and a copper valley flashings. The Ludowici tile is a blended three colors. There is a partial turret to the left.
Then as we move to the back it is easy to appreciate that, while this is not a huge home, it still has some very fine details and prestige.
As we go higher you can see the Inset Window Well with copper detail on the left hand side, as well as the copper chimney caps.
Now we go directly above to appreciate all the fine details of this gorgeous new Ludowici roof.
